- The estate’s wines have been certified organic since 2010 and biodynamic (Demeter) since 2020
- The vineyard is home to 10 grape varieties, expressed in dry, semi-dry and sweet white wines, as well as rosés and reds — and even sparkling wines!
- The vintages currently available range from 2023… all the way back to 2008!
- Discover our four wine ranges, each defined by a specific ageing method — in tanks, jars or oak barrels: Vigneronnes, Singulières, Essentielles and Esprit de Herrebouc.
- Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and Sauvignon Gris are the estate’s white grape varieties. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Tannat are the reds.
- Two time slots, two atmospheres: more focused in the morning, more relaxed in the evening… or the other way around?!
- At Herrebouc, you’ll be welcomed by the winemakers in French or English… or by François-Xavier, who works alongside them and also speaks Dutch!
